Before Booking Your Appointment Online…

There are two steps required to book your appointment:

Check your email and complete the required confirmation.

Important!

Be sure to open the email sent to you and click on the “CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT” button in order to finalize your booking. Please note that your appointment will not be booked until you complete this step!

Fees

For insurances, please refer to the Insurance section under the Services tab.

Out—of-Pocket Fees:

• New Visit: $280 for 60 minutes

• Follow-Up Visit: $200 for 40 minutes

We provide 20% discount to children at 0-12 of age.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to avoid the $100 penalty.
